The Onion probably isn’t too far off the mark when it comes to the trial in Dover, Pennsylvania over teaching intelligent design in the classroom.
My favourite highlight? Defense asks that scientific facts be stricken from the record.

Some really funny stuff… (funny?) about the “intelligent” design debate going on these days, notably the daily show’s recent series about it last week.
But highly recommended, if you haven’t seen it is the Church of the
flying spaghetti monster
so sad, yet true!
cheers,peace, luke.
If it weren’t so depressing it would be the funniest thing on the go!
I’m also a big fan of the FSM, it is at least as good a plan as intelligent design! :)
