No, this isn’t a network of physical interactions among nuclear proteins in yeast as measured in the high-throughput two-hybrid experiment (the similarities are striking though!), it’s as a graph! Follow the link to find out what each colour represents, and to see some examples of some of the big sites on the web and their sometimes-surprising graph structures.
