The Rockefeller University is well known for its excellence in biology and medicine research (their motto being Science for the benefit of humankind) and it is certainly a place where a lot of “hot” research is being done right now, but that’s not what the title of this entry is referring to.
Instead, I’ve just noticed that they have some really cool educational flash movies – 4 in total – about gene regulation, ion channel function, transcription, and our immune systems!
