A recent post on Crooked Timber by Kieran Healy talks about a book that I haven’t read yet, but sounds quite interesting, called Life’s Devices. The post also mentions E.M. Purcell’s classic (i.e. must read for physicists/biologists) paper Life at Low Reynolds Number. It’s great to see biophysics at Crooked Timber!
